Orange County Law Enforcement Explorer Advisor’s Agency (OCLEEAA) (“us”, “we”, or “our”) is a program design to mentor and inpsire the next generation of law enformcent through collaboration and training. We operate the website https://ocleeaa.org (the “Website”). These are the Terms and Conditions which govern you when making a donation to Orange County Law Enforcement Explorer Advisor’s Agency (OCLEEAA). You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when donating to Orange County Law Enforcement Explorer Advisor’s Agency (OCLEEAA).
Services
All payments for any service through the Website are to be made by check. Checks can be made payable to Orange County Law Enforcement Explorer Advisor’s Agency (OCLEEAA) and sent to 15991 Armstrong Ave, Tustin, CA 92782.
By sending in a check to Orange County Law Enforcement Explorer Advisor’s Agency (OCLEEAA), you authorise our faculty to request funds from your bank.
Personal Information
On our website we may ask you to provide us with your name, address, phone number and email address. We will use this information to record your order. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information.
We won’t sell or distribute your personal details with any third party. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Refund Policy
All payments are final. All funds may be used at anytime to meet Orange County Law Enforcement Explorer Advisor’s Agency (OCLEEAA)’s objective to mentor and inpsire the next generation of law enformcent through collaboration and training. If funds are paid prior to registration deadline and explorer is unable to attend please contact OCLEEAA for a potential refund.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and upheld by federal law.
