OCLEEAA Explorer Academy 

ACADEMY APPLICATION PROCESS

 

Step 1: Complete the required boxes below. A Docusign document will be sent using the information provided.  Docusign documents will be sent to you within five business days.

*** If you are in high school, please speak with your school administrator prior to using their email address below. The email will be used to send a docusign document for a signature granting permission to attend the academy (a college course).

 

Step 2: Complete the Docusign Document

The Docusign Academy Application will have the following components:

  • General Application
  • Waivers
  • Autobiography
  • Special Admit Form (for High School students only)
  • Advisor Waiver

Docusign progression: Explorer Parent (if a minor) → High School Administrator (if in high school) → Explorer Advisor

*** Please note that your application email may be routed to your “Junk” folder, in error. ***

 

Step 3: Complete the Santa Ana College Registration Form

Go to: sac.edu/academyapp

*** Select training date range 01/06/2025 to 06/08/2025 ***

Once you have received a confirmation of completion, please forward the email to info@ocleeaa.org with your name in the subject line.

 

Step 4: Academy tuition is $300. Please consult your advisor for payment method. If you are required to pay for your own academy tuition, you can do so one of three ways:

Online:  Click here to pay online (There is a $10 processing fee)

Venmo: Pay @OCLEEAA-Advisors (No processing fee)

Check: Checks can be made payable to: OCLEEAA

Applications and payment are due January 15, 2025.
